Providing a Whole of life approach for veterans service leavers and their families here in wales. We provide with our partners Housing Pathways , Wellbeing Packs, Tailored Transition Pathways, Education Opportunities. We are all Volunteers at the Welsh Veterans Partnership. We have set up a GoFundMe page to raise funds to cover cost for things such as community fun days, fuel expenses, admin fees, brews when we meet veterans and their families. ect
